6(R) is the new 7

After almost 2.5 years since its announcement, Sleek Audio finally comes through and released SA7, in the form of a limited edition. Gone is the original carbon fiber shell and instead it has the shell of the SA6R (which was announced at the same time and still yet to be seen). The price tag is still at its originally estimated US$350. A bit high for a dual driver these days, but hopefully Sleek Audio has made enough improvement since its first announcement to keep it competitive in the current market.

Would you say is it worth buying? I was going to buy the j-phonic but they are just hard to find.
I settled for earsonics SM64 but they seem to have some early production problem.
I always wanted to buy the EX-1000 but it cost too much.

How would you predict the SA7 sound? Warm, analytic, bright? Thanks

Guessing sound quality doesn't really work in the real world, so I'll rather comment on things that I have actually listened personally. Also, it is only released a few days ago and I don't think anyone has it yet.

It's completely not related to Sleek Audio...

Is there a possibility for you to review (after Sony MH1 I really trust in your reviews...) Sony XBA-S65, since you so thoroughly reviewed their Balanced Armature line and, by looking at the list of future reviews, you're still going to?

These are single BA driver Sports IEMs, so they are possibly the best sounding IEMs on this segment of the market.
They got me so hyped :D

Soory, no plan for S65 for now. I am however going to review the XBA-10 and XBA-C10.

Then I'm looking forward to see if XBA-10's lower frequencies were tweaked in comparison to XBA-1 :)

Also, free review samples are never sold for any financial gain. I do buy gears and review them, but for simplicity you (the reader) should always assume what I review is free sample in nature (and thus comes with all the bias). The website does have Google Ads and Amazon Associates enabled (which I have no direct control over their content) - though I don't write review for a living, nor does the ads generates enough money to cover my breakfast (in fact, not even one breakfast per week). Listening to music and playing with audio gears are purely hobby for me. In short, I am just an audiophiles who happens to have his own blog. Not a journalist who happens to be an audiophile. Oh, and excuse my writing as I am not a native English speaker and can't afford a proofreader.
